    On inspection,the door had several scratches which I then reported, I sent photographs of this and was just sent a touch up pen!! It’s stated on the EYG accompanying description, as their composite doors are the best and obviously that’s untrue, they arrive in this condition. I was also informed collect after 1.15, I arrived at this time, and no one there!

    I'm sorry you feel this way about your door. The listing clearly states that this is a refurbed door slab fit into a new frame and with new hardware. You can also see the marks on the picture on ebay around the door handle on the outside. This is why this door has been listed for £299.99. If you wanted a brand new door it could have been yours for £829.20. As for the arrival time I cannot comment as I am in a different department to where collection is.
