I have purchased several items from this seller, never with any issues. This item however is NOT the described color and came AT A PREMIUM PRICE. Pictures and images show black and grey. Nowhere does it even indicate blue. It is clearly blue. I am deeply disappointed BUT not with the seller. They have communicated with me along the way. They could be a little more understanding but otherwise it’s ok. I wish they would’ve made it right but they didn’t make the product. Maybe a refund partially

First, I have to thank the seller. There was a problem with the stock, and the seller quickly reached out to me and offered me a solution. That was impressive by itself. Then the delivery service failed to deliver the package, and the seller noticed and sent me their phone and tracking number, which helped solve a problem with the local delivery service that I didn't even known about. Incredible customer service by the seller. The earbuds are amazing as well, exceptional quality by FIIL again.

Very happy with the ROG sweatshirt as always, the best quality; I must comment and let you know that the package did not arrive on the scheduled date due to problems with the parcel service because it was lost on the way but e-youngzone was always on the lookout and in contact to resolve the problem and made a second shipment to replace the Lost package, which arrived very quickly, I am very grateful and happy for the purchase, thank you very much, greetings from Mexico🇲🇽🇲🇽
