I ordered a Weber griddle and received a fake Aqualine tracking # in order to hide that they ordered this from Amazon directly to me. They stopped responding when I asked for a real tracking #. The package arrived from Amazon and was clearly a counterfeit, not authentic Weber. It even included an Amazon gift receipt. When I requested a return the seller sent me their own Amazon return label for me to drop off at UPS. This entire transaction was misleading and a complete waste of time
