    Black Rose fabric: ordered and got confirmation despatched. Updated to a delivery date. Then on the day I was expecting delivery, I got an email saying fabric was out of stock and offering me alternative or a refund. I am giving a Three, because although refund was quick it was on the day I should have received my order they tell me they don't have the fabric. Disappointed.

    Sadly my fabric was lost by Royal Mail. The seller rectified this and refunded me within minutes of me contacting them. Excellent customer service. I know this is great quality fabric as I have had it in blue. Will be ordering again and hope that Royal Mail don’t let us down this time.

    Ordered 2mm foam advertised as having reinforced scrim backing. When the foam arrived it had no backing plus it was discoloured and very roughly cut as if it had been hacked from an old roll. Contacted seller but they refused to accept their listing was misleading. Reported transaction to eBay. Very poor customer service, reluctant communication and sub standard product.
