Seller said that item was damaged but still I got dispatched message even though it wasn’t. I suspect they wanted to sell at higher price due to demand. Communication was very poor I always had to send the first message before I got any information. Was well over a week before I got a refund which I had to chase up. I never usually complain but this item was a Xmas present so the intended recipient will now be disappointed.
