    Neutral because I disagree with their clarity rating. While there are clear areas, the number of fractures common with tourmaline makes this an B/A parcel in my book - waste is huge to get AAA stones from this material. Not a parcel I would have bought if seen in person, but not unfairly priced, so rating is neutral. Clearly these are the rejects from a larger cutting operation, if that is what you are ok buying, then these guys are good to go - price & shipping reasonable & fast for dist.

    sorry for not meeting your expectation and you are welcome to return the items if you are not satisfied within reasonable time.your opinion and comment are valued, but the neutral feedback is unfair in my opinion. clarity states clearly- Vary AAA to A while fully explained in the chart. even top quality rough will not guarantee AAA finished stones without significant waste. expectations may have been higher then price and information suggests.
