FADS Discounted Products is a family business specialising in quality branded items with a massive discount from high street shops. There are 5 founding CEOs. Frank , Andrew , Dean , Stacey (fads) and Holly. Unfortunately we could t find a word that contained a H to fit . Our aim is to pass on the savings to our customers rather than lining the bigger shops pockets with outrageous prices.

Item wasn’t new and emitted a horrible smell into room. It didn’t even have a levoit filter, it came with compatible used filter. On communicating my upset at this, as it was advertised as new and price paid was for new. The seller called me moaning girl, Nice!!! Seller did partially refund so i could purchase a new levoit filter and it seems okay. It wasn’t new as advertised and i could have got a used one for less. Apologies if this honest feedback of transaction sounds like a moaning girl!!!

Good evening. This is was resolved with you we offered you a partial refund enough to cover a new filter. I later messaged you personally expressing my apologies for how I handled things. Personally I think this issue was resolved and the slanderous feedback is uncalled for

I got the kettle yesterday and there was a small fault with it, so I sent a message to Fads and he apologised and told me he would replace it, but after he look up his stock he didn't have another one in stock so gave me a full refund and told me to keep the kettle, So as far as I'm concerned their response and dealing with Fads was first class and I would definitely use them again, so highly recommended.Jim
