Prompt delivery but poor, almost nonexistent packaging.They were all loose in a flimsy cardboard box,wrapped in a plastic post bag.The parcel was squashed,the box badly torn, & several lights damaged.The seller responded immediately & we agreed on a partial refund,so good customer service & I am happy.So much so that I have just placed another order of 8 for these multicoloured globes as I am a few short due to the breakages previously.Fingers crossed for better packing.

This is the third order I have made with this seller. Previously I got 8 white globes & then 8 multicoloured. There was damage in transit in both orders which the seller sorted promptly, hence me now ordering more from them. They assured me that their packaging had been improved, which it indeed has, & I’m happy to say this latest order arrived safely, with no damages whatsoever. This seller has impeccable customer service & I can recommend them. I am highly satisfied.

Do not buy from this seller the items in the picture are from a different and this seller is using other photos to promote it's listing and the items they send you are totally different and cheaper products I got a partial refund but still not the point. Shouldn't advertise products that are not the same in the pictures. So careful when buying from this seller.

Item NOT located in Ireland. Item came from China. Seller sent me a different brand and design to what I ordered on listing. It was not idogear and not ranger green as I had ordered. Complained to Seller who only offered a £5 refund which meant I would be out of pocket for an item I did not want or orderd. Complained to Ebay and Full refund arranged. Scam Seller.

The seller was brilliant - helpful and prompt with responses and gave me a refund when the product arrived looking like a 5 year old had been shown the picture advertised, asked to recreate it and just shipping the trash.
