  Fair price, fast ship, item as described! Received damaged package; and, item was not well protected in box. After a lot of plastic bonding glue, we were able to make item work. Contacted seller; and, requested a partial refund. They agreed with an offer for partial refund. After not seeing the partial refund, we contacted seller once again. Seller responded promptly; and, issued the partial refund with some additional compensation for the delay in our refund. Good communication.
