This seller has excellent prices, communications (this seller has answered all my questions fast), packaging, very fast shipping (arrived 2 days early) and the lure was exactly as described. Just as described. The figurine arrived with both arms broken. Seller refunded 50% of price. I kept the merchandise which is now worthless. But it was my choice.

I know you're not happy that your item was damaged in shipping and I'm sorry this happened to you. I try very hard to wrap the items in bubble wrap, peanuts and/or wrapping paper for shipment but sometimes damage occurs. When this happens I offer the buyer the choice of going through the insurance process and getting a complete refund or a partial refund and they keep the item. smithjan56 choose the partial refund which I immediately sent.
