    Very quick delivery and well packed. Item in good condition and good quality. Good appearance. Not a flimsy tin. Seller gave good description of size and it noted the size included the handles. With other sellers they do not say if size includes rim or handles which causes problems in sizing .This seller gave full details which was helpful and prevented a wrong size purchased.

    Scales arrived broken, calibrater knob broken off, perspective bowl badly cracked, the scales sent to me were a different make to the ones shown, which meant when returning as defective they argued with me saying they weren’t the ones sent. Very bad experience all round. It took several weeks of correspondence. Finally , l appealed to outside mediator and eventually got the necessary refund , but no compensation for the hassle that was not of my making. I cannot give any stars for this.
