Most items come from Amazon customer return and liquidation pallets.
Every single item posted on our shop it is opened and properly checked for any damages or missing parts. If there will be items with small damages or missing parts this will be mentioned in the description of the item particularly, if no information in the description it means the item is BRAND NEW and complete.
All orders over 10 pounds will benefit of proof of delivery (POD).
All orders paid until 10:00 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day, orders paid after 10:00 a.m. will be dispatched next day.
