    The sales and service was very good, but the bedspread when it arrived was a lot lighter chocolate colour than the photos in the posting made it appear and just wasn’t suitable. To give the seller credit, they did respond to my messages, arranged for the collection of the incorrect item and offered replacement upon receipt. They were supposed to contact me back with a tracking number for the replacement but this didn’t materialise. After chasing, I did receive a full refund.
