Nothing arrived after 3 weeks. Seller just fobbed me off with excuses about late delivery and Royal Mail couldn’t deliver -Royal Mail had no record of this. Now no contact. Will have to Pusey through eBay

Hi, we contacted royal mail with this tracking reference: 110DBD20B8A which item shipped with royal mail but tracking number not scanned yet for delivery as we checked from royal mail website but we offer customer will send another one for you if she want and we are awaiting buyer response for resolve this issue.
