My item was never delivered. I’ve agreed to a replacement with the seller and now no communication. The seller said to give them time to send me a replacement but the item is a collector item not manufactured regularly. I want my money refunded and the seller seems to have gone silent on me. It feels like a complete scam.

Purchased thinking this was an authentic popmart item only to find out it was counterfeit. Contacted the seller via eBay support. Seller said that they also didn’t know it was a fake. Originally was offered 50% refund to keep the fake because shipping back would be complicated? Totally unacceptable as I purchased what I thought was authentic and shipping back is not my problem. I was however, able to get my money back in full which why I chose to leave a neutral rating.
