  Item isn't 'heavy duty' as advertised, and arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement. The seller offered a partial refund of £1.50 if I gave them a 5 star review first and kept/glued the item. I refused so they offered £3.00 if I gave a 5 star review first and kept the item. I said I'd send it back for a full refund because I can't use it. They said I could have a full refund and keep the item if I gave a 5 star review first. I have not received any refund yet and I sent the item back anyway.
