  This item did not have the Charles Jeffrey Loverboy label but came with a Bitterly Love label instead. I sent photos & asked for a refund. I was offered a partial one. I sent screenshots showing what was on Ebay's website (Loverboy hat), then I was told it was as described on their website. They kept offering me a higher partial refund and then eventually agreed if I cut up the hat and sent them photos, they would refund me fully, which they did. I would never buy from this seller again.

  I guess I should have looked at the size dimensions before I ordered. The photos depict a rug on a floor which is much bigger than the actual item that arrived. Really disappointed as I purchased a much bigger one from Temu at the same price. Fast service. That’s all I can say.
