The seller claimed that the item was new, but after the cleats were delivered, I discovered they were used. I took a picture and communicated with the seller. In response, I received comments like, "It looked good when I was taking the photos," and "Feel free to return it." Yes, the is option to return, but I would have to pay for the return shipping and invest my time. Therefore, I've decided to leave this feedback to inform everyone that this seller's descriptions may not be accurate.

I’m sorry to hear you’re not satisfied. However I must reiterate, the shoes are brand new. They’ve never been used. I have no interest in selling items that aren’t as listed and am sure my overall feedback demonstrates that. I’ve suggested the option to return as means of working with you to come to a solution. I believe that if you’re truly not satisfied with something, you should have the option to return and get your money refunded. I’ll continue to ensure my listings are clear and concise.
