we manufacture & ship in the UK with untracked 2nd class royal mail to keep costs low. Your item was shipped on the 6th of March as you ordered late on a Friday afternoon. Sorry you didn't get your item yet but it was shipped. We don't drop ship and we make our products in the UK. Pls get your facts straight before making baseless accusations.
