  Had problem with first delivery as Yodel dumped it on door step and never knocked so it got stolen but seller was verty understanding and sent out package again, I received the second one as Yodel knocked on my door. Good quality item, appearance and condition same as what seller stated, and great value. Would buy from again but wish Yodel wasn't used or I would have got original package.

  Rec'd well on time & packaged well The fan light works really well as described & im really happy & impressed with light settings & keeps my bedroom really cool with fast 3 fan speeds. The fan doesn't twist my ceiling wire as others have said Its very reasonably prised The seller has been very communitive but couldn't answer question how long the light bulb last I hv found out from another seller that it last 10yrs, but can't buy spare bulbs, so would hv to buy a new fan set. Recommend Seller A*

  So realistic and beautiful I ordered 4 more to place with real orchids when they finish blossoming.. I am very impressed with the seller, my item was delivered but I didnt see it as it had been moved the seller was helpful, when item was found I contacted seller to apologise and also updated ebay about my mistake. Customer services thanked me and refunded! I said it was not required as the item was found and the seller was helpful. Im delighted with the blossoms, the seller and Ebay.

  Blue yarn skein is at it looks in photos, I originally ordered a skein to crochet a spider but misjudged the amount and ran out on the 8th leg! Was shocked that the the price of 1 skein had increased by £1 since purchasing the 1st one 2 weeks earlier. Arrived 6 days after ordering, Yodel tracking was pointless as usual, immediately after dispatch tracking says they have it but live chat says they don't, this carries on all week until you receive notification of delivery just before it arrives
