I purchased 5 of these 42-liter Storage Boxes, the shipment did not show up by its estimated delivery date and was heavily delayed, rather than assist the seller sent me the same tracking information I can see on the delivery company's app copy and pasted. 4/5 of the containers arrived damaged, I reach out to the seller with images and they offer a 20% refund, I decline and they offer 30%, finally offer 50% and I accept to get this over with, then they ask for positive feedback. Ridiculous.

Bought items on 28 April. Waited two and a half weeks for delivery. Contacted seller numerous times. After delivery found one lid on DVD broken. Been communicating with the seller getting no where. Been offered 20% off, but I wanted replacement lid, then offered half price refund, agreed. Seller agreed to refund in last 3 or 4 days, but no sign of refund to this date in return

The tracking details showed that the courier was waiting to the item, even although the ebay status showed it had been shipped on the 21st. Eventually asked Ebay to resolve and received a full refund. Seller failed to provide a refund that I requested and then ignored my messages. Would not order from this seller as the customer service was poor/non existant
