Excellent company to deal with. When the courier failed to deliver one of my two packages they were straight on it once I let them know. Excellent daily communication. When courrier unable to find package they sent out another which arrived the next day. To top it they have very competitive prices. Would definitely recommend.

Dispatched quickly, the pixie and snail was packaged really well so no worries about it arriving damaged. The sellers comms was spot on and I’d definitely buy from them again. The hedge plants arrived in a really good condition. They were well packed and processed for postage. We are very happy with our purchase. The only downside was the tracking information, it just isn't working!. According to the tracking number with the delivery company the item has not been collected yet. I emphasise this is not the sellers fault but the delivery company. Once again the hedging is perfect.
