    Terrible customer service, did not send the item until I opened a case & no communication received. As soon as I open the case the item arrives the following day, How convenient. Needless to say I'll be sending it back! You shouldn't advertise 2 day delivery if its going to take over a week!!!

    Absolute nonsense, based on pure assumptions! This item was sent within working day off the purchase being made, a courier handling error meant it sat with them for days on end before it finally moved on further, the tracking updated and it was then consequently delivered after it should have been. But why would we not send it and wait until a case was opened if we had no intention of sending it? That doesn't help anyone! We are a legitimate and honest setup and prioritise customer satisfaction.

    Item sent was a different colour than shown and of no use to me as I was purchasing to complete a set. Communication was friendly but slow. A refund was offered and given but was initiated by myself after nothing happened when I agreed. Neutral feedback because I had to send additional messages in order to keep the conversation moving. Would expect seller to be more proactive and forthcoming in resolving an issue where buyer was inconvenienced.
