When it did arrive it was rammed in a box all crushed and the product quality is poor for price. Wish I'd used my local petshop and paid an extra £10. Avoid at all costs really disappointed in this company.

    Bought 12 pack pants for £15.49, seller dispatched item but never received, they said item was returned due to address problem, I never had a problem with my address, they cancel and refund my order without asking for replacement, they increased the price, totally scam and time wasted do not buy from this seller they are here for money not a customer service, worst experience I ever had it, eBay should investigate this seller, really bad experience, they should not treat customers like this .
