The items arrived on time but the sizing was not as expected, although I used the chart provided in the item description. After sending the details to the sender, a return was accepted and label provided. However, the seller did not appear keen to provide me with the refund to which I was entitled and seemingly was "no longer at the address". On contacting ebay customer service by phone and explaining the situation, I have been provided with a full refund by ebay and appreciate their help.
