    Seller listed item that was not in stock - but pretended to send it by saying it had been posted. It never came. When I later asked for a refund due to non-arrival of my purchase, seller asked no questions, didn't ask me to await its arrival, didn't offer any assurance item had been sent - refunded straight away! Item was never sent, seller is proved to be a dishonest trader.

    Ordered furniture, took a while for them to list as posted (said second class Royal Mail, is that possible with a piece of furniture??) Item did not arrive and obviously there was no tracking. Contacted seller for a update, never received one. Opened a request asking the same question, where is the parcel and when will it arrive. Got no response, just randomly sent a refund 4 days after that. Very very rude and ignorant seller. I have my doubts that it was posted at all, what a waste of time.

    Do not buy from this company! I bought a breakfast bar and two bar stools! But never received the breakfast bar have been in constant contact sending proof everyday that I haven’t received the breakfast bar kept asking them to send the breakfast bar and seller has ignored the request offering £15 refund! There customer service is disgusting its still on going and having to keep repeating my request! EBay was no help either! Do not buy!!

    I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this seller deserves a warning. The item arrived defective, and the seller promised to send the correct part but never followed through. After multiple messages, they only offered small partial refunds (£3, £4), which I declined. I had to escalate to eBay to get a full refund. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Think twice before buying from this seller — I do not recommend them.
