  When purchasing this item for a Christmas Gift it stated arrives before Christmas and says it ships 3 days after purchase, 8 days after purchasing it still hasn’t shipped, I reached out requesting information and got ignored! Package arrived after Christmas and ruined my child’s surprise gift for there mother. No communication, lie about shipping speed and lie about delivery date. Hands down worst buying experience on EBay, wouldn’t recommend buyers beware!!

  Item was never shipped. Seller is in violation of Ebay's shipping policy. Seller did not answer my questions about when the item would be shipped. Seller is in violation of Ebay's communication policy. I asked seller to ship the item, and they did not. They gave me a refund, which is not what I asked for or wanted. I do not recommend this seller and would not buy from again.

  I explained to you why the item was delayed to which you requested personally protected information and the aggressive and threatening tone of each message I replied to escalated. You opened a case and I refunded and cancelled your order due to the nature of the tone of the emails. This is not standard practice and I strive to ship order on time with thousands of happy customers. I am sorry I failed to meet your needs. We communicated through nearly daily messages.
