    An extremely understanding eBayer. Top quality socks delivered and well packaged. I complained wrong item sent but seller 'very patently' insisted I had the right items. I opened the packaging and realised what a mistake I had made, I thought they looked to long in the packet but not so.. they are the correct items sent just a senior moment on my behalf🤦‍♂️ again can not reiterate enough, the seller is amazing and very professional.     Not too happy with Royal Mail. Supposed to deliver sat and was out for delivery. Then they advise sorry we cany deliver - and amend tracking to say delivery attempted - clearly it was not as no-one from Royal Mail arrived on Sat - manipulating the tracking to get their delivery on time stats up is really not accdeptable and cheating - they delivered this morning therefore late delivery - all the fault of Royal Mail. I'm leaving positive as no fault of seller.

    ❌ Do not use ❌ Item arrived with poor branding / damage. Made me think it was potentially counterfeit… seller was immediately defensive, refused to replace the item, didn’t acknowledge the photos sent and made it awkward for me to return so I didn’t bother as I needed the item for the weekend and wouldn’t have time to get another. Use another seller as these guys are not trustworthy, honest or fair. They will say they offered me to return it but that’s not the whole story. Stay away.
