It arrived in great condition and before the estimated delivery date/time. I thought if I was buying the item brand new "with" the retail box it would come inside of the retail box. Although the figure and the retail box was received, the figure was packaged outside of the retail box and was safely wrapped in bubble wrap with the box folded underneath it within the parcel. It was a bit confusing but regardless it was cheap and I would still purchase from this seller again. Easy to work with
