  Sweater arrived with sweat stains and odor. I already own the exact same sweater (wanted a replacement), the sweater I received was half the size. Reached out to seller director with feedback and received what appeared as an automated AI generated response. Will not use this vendor again. I also have the exact same sweater (wanted a replacement), sweater I received was half the size. My recommendation is they perform higher quality control on their items. Disappointing experience.

If the item didn’t fit, we’re just a bit confused why you chose not to use the free return option. As a seller (not the manufacturer), we don’t have control over how an item will fit each individual body, and that’s not really a quality control issue as you mentioned.We’re a small busness ,feedback can be a little more fair.
