Awful produce. Broke instantly and I cut my thumb open trying to get the pump on out. I’ve been offered 20% refund of a £5 ball pump as their resolution! Awful and not helpful at all with the back and forth e mails which I’ve sent on principle of a broken item, poor service and I even sent a picture of a very blood stained tissue around my thumb. Their first reply was don’t worry we will sort this ! They haven’t sorted it ! 20% refund of a £5 item is not sorting this.
