    The package was not damaged, it arrived on time and it was as described aside from the portal. The batteries in the portal leaked and it was missing the USB key required to connect it (wasn’t mentioned in the listing) but the seller took care of it quickly and did send the missing piece back and they took care of it very well, so it was fine. Overall it was a great purchase.
