This arrived early and well packaged. Upon opening the package, the bag was well protected, and covered in plastic sheeting. There was no damage to any of it and, after unwrapping it, I found that there was enough room to put all of the equipment in that was promised in the description. They know this and they are official registered selling agent for Makita but they just could not be bothered. After about 10 days I inquired about the invoice and they claimed that they had sent it and that the the message had bounced.
