Over all the years Ive dealt with ebay this is truly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Description of delivery was just a lie they kept giving one poor excuse after another of shipping dates turned up a week late. Wish i looked at all the other negative feedback backs before i used this company!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The actual item was fine and as described but they are supposed to provide and invoice for warranty registration. They know this and they are official registered selling agent for Makita but they just could not be bothered. After about 10 days I inquired about the invoice and they claimed that they had sent it and that the the message had bounced. Strangely for another product I purchased from them they managed to sent the invoice in a timely fashion but for this expensive not

This arrived early and well packaged. Upon opening the package, the bag was well protected, and covered in plastic sheeting. There was no damage to any of it and, after unwrapping it, I found that there was enough room to put all of the equipment in that was promised in the description. The external pockets are big and roomy, allowing the storage of lots of extra of and ends. I can recommend the bag and, I can recommend the seller!
