    My dad was having repeat knee surgery on Sept. 9th, and he had misplaced his charging cord for this product. I was able to find it on Ebay and this seller went above and beyond. The shipping showed being delivered between Sept. 6 and 12, but I contacted the seller to see if it was possible to get it by the 9th. They upgraded it to priority and we received it on time, and wished my dad a speedy recovery. That is really good customer service. Thanks so much!!

    The package finally arrived, it took a little while but it was no problem with me since the postage was the cheapest - hence longer time. The merchandise wasn’t smashed since it was only wrapped in a couple of plastic bags. Amazing! These bug papers are very rare - they aren’t in production anymore, but they work very well for me.
