    Bags were solid when they arrived, could not insert syringe to innoculate. Contacted seller, they said to send photographs, which i did and that they would run test.....never heard from them......what a waiste of Ā£27!! So disspointed with the product and customer service! Would not buy!

    Buyer raised an issue with us, we immediately ran tests on our own stock finding no issues with inoculating or growing mushrooms with this product. We still however refunded this buyer in full due to their dissatisfaction.

    I am.totally disgusted with this seller. His description and photos are.misleading. I ordered (3) packs and wasn't expecting my total of over 30 pound to be merely 9 individual pieces for this money. His photos all show full lines. And I received this rubbish for all the money paid. I'm opening a PayPal dispute as this guy is a complete chancer and rip off. Forst photo what he advertised and 2nd what I got when I ordered 3 packs
