FedEx gab das Paket ohne Notiz im Briefkasten an einen der Nachbarn. Die Suche dauerte, da der Verkäufer nicht unterstützen wo das Paket hingeliefert wurde. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass das ECA644ii ohne electric board geliefert wurde. Der Verkäufer sagte dann, die Abbildungen zeigten kein electric board - und er erlaubt keine Rücknahme.
