DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER I bought this chair it came damaged. Took a month for refund I thought this happened in transit. But it was damaged before being posted out. I took photos sent them over the seller tried to say that I caused the damage and had tried to paint the item. After a week the seller trying to persuade me to keep the chair offering half price. I refusedI’m a new business and I’ve lost over £1000 since not having the chair I’m still not open for business got refund today

Great bike works great in all modes the only complaint I have is that the battery pack arrived 3 days later than the bike so had the bike with no battery pack to test it. Seller did say the bike would arrive in 2 parcels bike in one a d battery pack in the 2nd as they couldn't be paced in one parcel due legality which I fully understood but as anyone else would I expected both to arrive at the same time.
