This transaction was actually really amazing. They worked with me to make sure I got the right battery to fit my bike. I sent pictures and sizes and they helped a lot. They even said if it was an incorrect battery that they would give me a credit. That gave me comfort. The quality product arrived on time. And i tested it out and it was perfect. Awesome seller! Battery packs arrived way ahead of time, were packaged very nicely in good condition and fit our Himiway Zebra e-bikes perfectly they look like the original factory battery, charged them up and installed they work perfectly. Charger is included and these are the best price on eBay.
