The seller advertised 30 pieces but only delivered 10 pieces. There excuse was the ad was wrong, should have said 10 pieces. The seller did refund some of the purchase price but I was disappointed they couldn’t see their way clear to deliver what they advertised.

The end bits that hold the filter in place are not the same distance apart as the ones for my range hood. These measurements were not made evident on the eBay site. I asked for a refund. They first offered a $5 refund for a $55 product and I ‘keep the product’. No. I wanted to simply return product to where it was advertised that it came from - Mortlake, Australia. They want me to return to China. No. I have tried to converse with the seller with no luck.

The item sent was the wrong size as advertised. I asked for correct sized item or a refund. Received several messages from a robot? Requested to deal with a human. I was offered a partial refund. I requested a full refund. Seller was meant to pay for return shipping but wanted me to pay. Tried to contact seller, then told the seller was away for two weeks. Ebay involved as I wasn't getting anywhere with the seller. Took a bit of effort but I finally got a full refund.
