    Had to ask the seller to post my item , having waited sometime for them to do it. The item was described as boxed in the main heading. My item arrived unboxed. I messaged the seller regarding the matter but have received no explanation as to why that was. I gave this seller plenty of time to respond.

    Advertised as 48 hr courier support, 2 items ordered at the same time one was sent tracked, one was declared sent untracked (no reason given by seller). This did not arrive and was chased by buyer after delivery window had elapsed. It took time for seller to check and after being chased for a second time declared that this was out of stock and deliveries were awaited. Whilst refund offered, the outstanding item arrived with seller was dispatched & received by buyer. Seller support unacceptable

    I have not received this item and I have been contacting the seller, this was ordered on the 30th of May! I’ve never experienced this before so bad, the seller has replied earlier in the week you should receive it mid/week then again saying “ I’ll look into it” but from this seller at your own risk!!! Never again EBay saying they can’t help until the 19th, just terrible
