    Due to the world wide IT problem last week the item did not arrive on the estimate date as expected. This was a due to a problem with the delivery company. The delivery company kept me informed what was happening and that the item would be delivered as soon as they could solve the problem. This was excellent service. The seller was apologetic that the item was delayed even when it was not there fault, again excellent service. Overall very impressed with the way the problem was handled.
