  Fast Dispatch & Delivery, unfortunately the item is completely different to what turned up and poor quality, this is false advertising. Looking through the comments other people have had the same issue as well (wish I had read them before ordering!). I contacted the seller and originally was offered a part refund but after stating on the advert it mentions refunds accepted within 30 days I will be receiving a full refund over the next couple of days.

  Wrong item sent and when I sent a photograph showing the incorrect item and packaging (also quoted the correct item number and my order number) , I asked for the correct items to be sent as I needed the parts quickly, they replied asking for another series of photos to be sent and did not send the right parts. As I need to fit this shelf, I have no option but to modify the bits they sent, repaint them myself. This was not helpful . Will not be using them again.
