  As explained your item was dispatched with Royal Mail. I assumed all was well until you messaged to say you hadnt recieved the item. Upon checking the tracking there were no updates so i issued a refund and messaged you explaining this. I'm sorry your item failed to arrive. I thought replying to you and getting a refund issued straight away was the best course of action rather than make you wait any longer.
