    I ordered a 2 and a 5, I was sent a 2 and 1. I contacted the seller and asked if they could send out a replacement 5 due to this being their error. They said they could not I would have to order another 5 and send back the 1. This would have not arrived on time and meant I had to be temporarily out of pocket due to THEIR mistake. The balloons also arrived all crumpled and the customer service was poor.
