The seller was immediately concerned and proactive in figuring out the issue even though it was entirely out of their control. It ended up arriving on time any ways.     The mirror arrived in a timely manner. It was packaged well. Size was as described however I don't feel it was worth the asking price due to the material of the product. It looks cheap in person so I most likely will not use it and shipping was a bit much. That is why I give it 4 stars.
