    Ordered RO santizer solution but the listing is highly deceptive. Part number in title SS96RO is the part number for a 96 pack of sanitizer packets though the title states 24pk. I recieved only 7 packets inside a SS24RO (24pk) box. Asked seller to send me correct amount of packets but they only replied with "the part numbers correspond to the amount of packets." Will be returning and ordering elsewhere for a couple dollars more from an honest seller.

    Item I received was not the same as pictured and not the same model # or brand that I ordered. It took 2 days to get a response from them (poor communication on their end). I was eventually told it was a replacement part for what I ordered and that it would work. They did refund me without question once they finally got back to me. Therefore, I can't give them a negative review.
