    Fast shipping and nice product but I placed 4 orders 2 shipped together then another 2 shipped together. I paid for shipping 4 times only needed to twice. I asked seller to refund me for the extra shipping I paid for and they never responded. I’ve been selling on eBay for years and would have did that for my buyers no questions asked. I would purchase from again but would be more careful on placing orders to save money on shipping.

    I miss read the listing thinking the screw backs came in pairs and they didn’t. I contacted them the moment I received the 2 screw backs each a different color of gold before realizing I had read the listing wrong by accident. Even though they responded back I did not appreciate what felt like a condescending and smart a** response. People make mistakes no need to sound smug. They definitely need better customer service skills.
