The kids game I ordered arrived with a lot of damage to the box and as this was a Xmas present I couldn’t gift it, in the terrible state it was in. I contacted the seller, who originally said I could return the item and they would forward me a returns label. 4 days later and I still haven’t received it despite having asked for this several times. Very poor customer service.
