  I ordered Ferrari F1 (Medium size) for my daughter s birthday, the seller sent RED BULL jacket by mistake. when i raised with the seller, he apologized and gave me refund quickly, he also asked me to keep the wrong parcel as compensation. much appreciated. it looks like it was a genuine mistake.   I received the wrong item and the packaging was damaged but when I contacted the seller they quickly replied and gave me a full refund and let me keep the item so although I didnt get the item I wanted I can't fault the communication from the seller and they sorted it out quickly.
