I was looking to replace my old machine but not knowing a great deal about this type of equipment I asked some questions and got a very detailed response back which made my decision to buy much easier. I ordered just before Christmas so was expecting to wait a while for delivery but it arrived 2 days later, package carefully with a book of instructions and a DVD help disc. I swapped the machine over and it was plug and play. Great seller, highly recommended 👍

Very pleased indeed. The HDD recorder has been fully refurbished by the seller and works perfectly. He took the trouble to let me know there would be a slight delay due to final checks, and then kept me informed on progress. He is very helpful and certainly knows what he’s doing with these machines. It came properly packed to avoid any damage, and complete with instructions, remote control and HDMI lead. So I’m giving a well-deserved 5star rating in all Ebay’s categories and I recommend him.
